PRODUCT
INFORMATION

All Cute Mistake items are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All size and measurements are approximate. Please refer to our size guide which we ensure is as accurate as possible.

PAYMENTS

We accept the following payments:

Payments made through outside parties such as after pay (AUS) & Clear Pay (UK). You will follow the terms and conditions on their websites.

Transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered. Once your order has been placed you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved. By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this at the check-out stage, or shortly after placing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, for example;
* The product ordered being unavailable from stock
* Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
* The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
* If we suspect any fraudulent activity

We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to delivery the products within estimated time scales.

We offer TWO delivery option for UK customers: (1) Express Delivery (2) Eco

For further information, including the costs and estimated delivery times, please see the Delivery section Please allow 6 working days before query the delivery of your order, we are unable to find any information about your order before this time.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are sent using DHL.

Please see our Delivery & Returns page for further information.

You will be responsible for the import, Customs tax ETC… in your country. Once we have shipped an order it is out of our control.

1. You allow Cute Mistake permission to a worldwide license and royalty free usage of your social media imagery that you have hastagged with #cutemistake #cuteMSTK #CMoriginals #CMcustomdenim or tagged to the account @cute_mistake

2. Cute Mistake are entitled to use this imagery within its advertising and marketing communications, with no obligation to you for the reproduction, repost, editing or altering of your images whatsoever.

3. You hereby represent and warrant that (I) you own all rights to your photographs (ii) you have permissions from any of the person(s) appearing in your photographs to grant the rights herein (iii) you are 18 years or older, and (iv) Cute Mistake use of your Instagram handle and or/ photos will not violate the rights of any third party or any law.

4. You hereby release and agree to hold Cute Mistake and any person acting on Cute Mistake’s behalf free from all claims, liabilities and demands whatsoever in connection with use of the Photos as described above.
