If you are shopping from the UK/EU you can also shop some products from our UK STOCK Room via ASOS MARKETPLACE BOUTIQUE . Shipping rates to the UK and EU countries are lower and stock levels do differ from our website as the products are sent from a different location.

CUSTOMS: Unfortunately we can not be made accountable for any customs charges received in your country once the goods have been sent.

INDONESIAN NON POSTAGE DAYS:

Sundays, Indonesian and Balinese Hindu holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over those periods.

MADE TO ORDER

Any Product with Made to order in the product description applies to theses T’s & C’s.

For each order you must allow 10 working days before postage.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY ITEMS MADE TO ORDER.

Please note: If you purchase Made to order & in stock items we will wait until your made to order item is ready and send one parcel. 

We do NOT send two parcels for 1 order. If you need your NON ‘ Made to order item’ before the 10 days then please Email heyhomies@cutemistake.com  with your order number and the items you need urgently.

RETURNS

You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size within 14 days of receiving your original order.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Before you return your item please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels and tags still attached. If this is not the case we will assess your refund amount.

Made to order, Sale items and Custom Denim Orders are NON refundable. 

Ooriginal shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us here, so make sure it’s packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend you select a tracked service and please retain shipping proof incase there are any issues with the post. Lost parcels can only be refunded with proof of postage.

In your email please include: Order No, Product information & exchange/return request information.

After we have received your return please allow up to 10 working days for the money to appear in your account. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

If you have not yet received an email to confirm your refund has being processed, please allow up to 28 days from the date you sent your item before querying your return.

If this time has passed, please email us with a copy of your proof of postage so that our Customer Service can investigate this for you.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You can return an item for an exchange if you would like a different size of the same item. If you want a different item, then you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

We aim to process all exchanges as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 7 working days. We’ll send you an email to let you know once we’ve processed your return with the details of any refunds and exchanged items.

If the item you want to exchange is not available you will be automatically issued a refund instead.

For UK customers we will send the exchange back out free of charge.

For International customers will have to charge additional p&p on all exchanges to be sent back out. We will notify you by email on the best way to pay this.

Please be assured that we will endeavour to process all exchanges, as quickly as possible but at busy periods it may take a little longer.
