We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to delivery the products within estimated time scales.

Both CM Originals and CM Custom Denim are shipped from our warehouse based in the UK. We offer standard and express postage options for UK deliveries, and one international delivery option (which is the fastest available with tracking).

MADE TO ORDER CUSTOM DENIM 

Made to order denim is made and posted from Indonesia. We will always use EMS service with tracking. Any import taxes you receive in your country is your responsibility. EMS services is said to be MAX 7 days however it is out of our control if they do not meat their deadline. We are happy to help as much as we can and will always provide you with Tracking information.

 

Please allow 6 working days before querying any delivery; we are unable to find any information about your order before this time.

Sundays and UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:

  • 25th March 2016 – Good Friday
  • 28th March 2016 – Easter Monday
  • 2nd May 2016 – Early May Bank Holiday
  • 30th May 2016 – Spring Bank Holiday
  • 29th August 2016 – Summer Bank Holiday
  • 26th December 2016 – Boxing Day
  • 27th December 2016 – Christmas Day (substitute day)

INSTRUCTIONS

You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size within 14 days of receiving your original order. All you have to do is post it back to us and send a copy of your proof of postage within the 14 days. When we receive the item we will make the refund or exchange. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Before you return your item please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels and tags still attached. If this is not the case we will assess your refund amount.

Sale items and Custom Orders are non refundable. If the item is incorrect or faulty and you need to return it we will refund your postage costs on receipt of the item.

The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us here, so make sure it’s packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend you select a tracked service and please retain shipping proof incase there are any issues with the post. Lost parcels can only be refunded with proof of postage.

 

PROCESSING

After we have received your return please allow up to 10 working days for the money to appear in your account. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

If you have not yet received an email to confirm your refund has being processed, please allow up to 28 days from the date you sent your item before querying your return.

If this time has passed, please email us with a copy of your proof of postage so that our Customer Service can investigate this for you.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES

You can return an item for an exchange if you would like a different size of the same item. If you want a different item, then you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

We aim to process all exchanges as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 7 working days. We’ll send you an email to let you know once we’ve processed your return with the details of any refunds and exchanged items.

If the item you want to exchange is not available you will be automatically issued a refund instead.

For UK customers we will send the exchange back out free of charge.

For International customers will have to charge additional p&p on all exchanges to be sent back out. We will notify you by email on the best way to pay this.
